Celsius Energy Hosted a Unique Event Focusing on Low-Carbon Building

For ten days, from June 13 to 23, 2022, Celsius Energy invited members of the construction ecosystem to explore the future of sustainable building around a central theme. The central theme was: in the face of the climate challenge, what are the solutions for decarbonized and autonomous buildings?

The event featured a selection of displays from the 1000+ solutions for cities exhibition, round tables, and visits to the Celsius Energy pilot facility. It attracted nearly 300 visitors and 120 real estate value chain organizations.

Nathalie Bardin, Altarea Cogedim’s CSR manager, summarized the event, calling it “a first in France!”

By bringing together the views of more than 25 experts from the construction and energy sectors, the round tables on June 19 and 21 provided an opportunity to share actionable ideas.

Geoenergy appears as a mature and sustainable alternative—alongside other complementary low-carbon solutions—requiring concerted action and political willingness to scale up. Through this event, supported by its many partners, Celsius Energy hopes to stimulate a new dynamic within the real estate ecosystem to accelerate this movement.
